Ole Miss football injury report vs Mississippi State: Egg Bowl update on Tre Harris

OXFORD — After returning for about two quarters against Florida, Ole Miss football wide receiver Tre Harris is back to being questionable on the injury report.

No. 16 Ole Miss (8-3, 4-3 SEC) will host Mississippi State (2-9, 0-7) in Vaught-Hemingway Stadium on Friday (2:30 p.m., ABC). If Harris can play in the Egg Bowl, he will boost a Rebels team that is ranked No. 14 in the College Football Playoff rankings and is narrowly clinging to hopes of making the 12-team field.

Harris exited Ole Missloss at Florida last week after landing awkwardly on a play just before halftime. Harris has been dealing with a lower-body injury for most of the season.

Before his brief stint in the Florida game, Harris had not played since the Oct. 12 game against LSU. Despite his missed time, Harris leads the SEC with 1,030 receiving yards.

Here’s a look at the full report before the Rebels and Bulldogs square off.
