As the 2025 recruiting cycle has been coming to an end, Kirby Smart has made one thing very clear. He wants to add another QB to Georgia football’s 2025 recruiting class.

Smart and his staff have targeted a few QBs recently, but they have been unable to get anyone to join the class. This includes five-star Julian Lewis, who chose Colorado over Georgia last week.

However, there is a new name on Georgia’s radar that is currently committed to a College Football Playoff contender, and he was just predicted to flip to Georgia.

3-star QB Hezekiah Millender

Hezekiah Millender is a three-star QB from Athens, GA. According to the 247Sports composite rankings, he is the No. 1,244 player in the country. He also is the No. 72 QB in the 2025 recruiting class as well as the No. 137 player from Georgia.

Millender has been committed to Boise State since Aug. 20, but according to Steve Wiltfong with On3, that could be changing very soon. Wiltfong has officially logged a prediction on Monday for Millender to flip his commitment from Boise State to Georgia.

This prediction comes on the heels of Millender’s recent visit this past weekend to Georgia when the Bulldogs’ beat UMass 59-21. Millender hadn’t even been offered by Georgia yet before this visit, but that offer came over the weekend and it appears this recruitment could be wrapped up very soon.

If Millender commits to Georgia, he will join four-star Ryan Montgomery as the two QB’s in Georgia’s 2025 recruiting class. It is a little uncommon for UGA to have two QBs in the same class, but with Montgomery coming off a major injury during his senior season, Smart and his staff likely wanted a backup option for this class just in case.
There is no indication of when Millender will make his commitment official, but with how fast this recruitment has moved so far it realistically could happen any day now.
